Accounts Assistant

A service organisation based in Warmley is currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part time basis, approximately 25 hours per week.

Working for a well-established family-run business, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone specifically looking for a reduced hours role.

Duties will include:

• Invoice processing
• Chasing overdue payments
• Reconciling statements
• Data entry
• Dealing with customer account queries
• Other ad hoc duties within the team

The successful candidate will have worked in a finance team previously and be a strong communicator both verbally and with the written word.
