Finance Assistant

We are looking for a finance officer to join our clients management accounting team, the candidate will have strong communication skills, experience of Excel and preferably SAP on a 6-month temp contract.

Candidates must have management accounting experience and supporting budget holders. Preferably will be AAT qualified.

This post will involve working in the management accounting team providing essential financial support to our budget holders alongside your finance colleagues. Your role will be to assist and challenge managers within this difficult financial environment following our financial procedures and guidance.

They have a great culture and are a large and supportive finance department, and this role will provide the opportunity to develop and gain experience in our management accountancy team.

The successful candidate will be willing to learn and work effectively and efficiently both individually and as part of a wider team. You will also have good IT and communication skills.

You will need to be a qualified accounting technician (AAT) or equivalent, or a graduate with a financial degree and preferably have some experience working in a finance team
