Duties include:

• Processing sales and purchase invoices
• Managing factoring arrangements
• Chasing outstanding debts
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Updating and maintaining financial spreadsheets
• Taking payments and handling transactions
• Addressing customer queries over the phone
• Scheduling and managing diary appointments.
• Sending out monthly statements to clients
• Assisting with monthly payroll processing
