Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part TimeAccounts Assistant for our client based in Essex (Remote/Hybrid) on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will ideally be AAT Qualified and will have a minimum of 6 months experience and will be familiar with SAGE50.
This is a remote role apart from having to go into the Essex office maybe more when training with the team, and then once a month meet in the Essex office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Processing staff expenses
- Weekly payment runs
- Allocation of accounts payable
- Invoices
- Sales invoicing
- Admin on AR ledgers
- Overseeing email accounts
- Adhoc tasks required
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Sage50 experience
- Competent in using Excel
- Competent in using Outlook
- Competent processing bank transfers
- 6 months bookkeeping / accounts experience
- Ideally AAT Qualified although not essential
Working hours are flexible and will 4 days per week, 5 hours per day, although Friday is compulsory.
In return our client offers a salary of £14,400 (£27,000 pro rata).
This is a 3 month temporary position which could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
