Salary: £22K - £23K per annum
Location: Littlehampton, office based
Hours: 8.30pm - 5.00pm
Accounts Assistant duties include:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices and allocation of customer payments
- Processing staff expenses and credit card payments
- Analysis and reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
- Managing in-bound customer queries
- Petty cash management
- Supporting the wider senior finance team
Skills and experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn
