Think Specialist Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant in Luton. Our client urgently needs someone available immediately to step in and resume key responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing AP and AR invoices on Sage in multiple currencies.
- Issuing and reconciling statements
- Resolving queries
- Reconciling invoices
- Assistance with weekly payment runs
- Assistance with credit control
- Assisting with credit card reconciliations
- EU VAT return processing, working with Management Accounts on returns
Ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience working in a high performing finance team
- Used Sage 50, Navision, Excel and work
- Someone who can think logically and resolve problems as they arise.
This position is ideal for someone who has experience in temporary assignments, is looking for a short term role within finance or is willing to work toward the opportunity for a permanent position.
