Accounts Assistant Full Time Temporary

Think Specialist Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant in Luton. Our client urgently needs someone available immediately to step in and resume key responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing AP and AR invoices on Sage in multiple currencies.
• Issuing and reconciling statements
• Resolving queries
• Reconciling invoices
• Assistance with weekly payment runs
• Assistance with credit control
• Assisting with credit card reconciliations
• EU VAT return processing, working with Management Accounts on returns

Ideal candidate would have:

• Experience in a similar position
• Experience working in a high performing finance team
• Used Sage 50, Navision, Excel and work
• Someone who can think logically and resolve problems as they arise.

This position is ideal for someone who has experience in temporary assignments, is looking for a short term role within finance or is willing to work toward the opportunity for a permanent position.
