SalaryWild are working alongside a well-known and sought after company, working as an Accounts Assistant- Cashier on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only work for a good company, but also gain experience in a role that can offer a chance to develop on your skill set.
As an Accounts Assistant - Cashier, you will be supporting the credit manager cash posting, administrative tasks, bank reconciliations and sales invoicing.
Day to Day Tasks:
- Daily posting of all incoming receipts
- Prepare daily banking and filing all documents
- Create daily reports for the sales administration department
- Generate monthly direct debit collections
- Reconcile company bank accounts
- Create monthly reports and nominal ledger journals
- Assist with allocating payments with accounts
- Support the finance team with month end reporting
- Assist with organising the post
What we are looking for:
- Experience working within an accounting role
- Good excel skills
- Experience working to deadlines
- Flexible working hours towards the end of the month
- Experience working within an office environment
- Capable of working in high pressured environments
- Friendly and approachable
