I am partnered with a reputable, well-established and growing business who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their lovely finance team.
This will be a varied Account Assistant role, working closely with the Management Accountant and Financial Controller.
Account Assistant duties include but are not limited to:
- Purchase Ledger
- Credit Card expenses
- Prepayments and Accruals
- Reconciliations
- Fixed Asset register
- Supporting with Payroll
- Month end and year end procedures
- Supporting with budget and cost analysis
- Other duties as required
Good finance experience, organisation skills and attention to detail are necessary, along with strong excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables.
