What You'll Do:
- Oversee the review and finalization of accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns.
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Engage with clients, offering insights and solutions to their business needs.
- Individuals with ACA/ACCA qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a demonstrated capacity for leadership.
- Experience with IRIS and MyWorkPapers is advantageous but not essential.
