This company has sites across the UK. Based at the Newport site you will play a crucial role as the Senior Accounts Assistant working closely with the finance manager and financial controller, supporting the direct financial success of the business.
The Role:

• Recording financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments using accounting software or spreadsheets.
• Processing invoices, issuing customer statements, and following up on outstanding payments. This may involve maintaining records of accounts receivable, reconciling discrepancies, and communicating with customers regarding payment issues.
• Use QuickBooks or Sae for financial management.

The Person:

• Experience as an Accounts Assistant
• 2 Saturdays a month required (Negotiable)
