Accounts Assistant (Part-time)

We have been asked to recruit a part-time Accounts Assistant for a company based in Northampton.

This role is 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm.

Reporting into the Managing Director you'll support the finance department making sure the day-to-day is running smoothly

The Firm of Accounts will review of all of the work and provide a full handover.

Below is an overview of the role

• Assist with data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
