SalaryAxon Moore are proud to be working in partnership with a high growth design business with a global client base. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team. The role will offer an opportunity for you to develop all round accounts experience.
This role is Part Time and can be worked onsite over three or four days.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitoring customer receipts across multiple currencies,
- Updating ledgers
- Processing and coding purchase invoices onto the purchase ledger
- Assisting with the preparation of supplier payment runs;
- Processing and coding employee expenses
- Company credit card reconciliations
- Processing customer orders onto our finance system, ensuring all key information is captured and coded correctly;
- Reconciling multiple bank accounts on a daily basis;
- Assisting with preparation of commission statements and answering any queries from sales representatives;
- Assisting with general administrative work, including monitoring finance emails and telephone calls, assisting with ad hoc analysis and month end procedures;
- Collaborate closely with other departments and represent the finance team positively.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Finance Administration experience
- Numerical and able to work accurately
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive, hard-working approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organised and self-motivated with an ability to prioritise and manage own time efficiently and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build relationships across the business
- Adaptable and flexible nature
