SalaryGrafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting an exciting business with offices in the Littlehampton area. Our client seeks a part-time Finance Assistant, on an ongoing, temporary basis. The successful candidate will be working 20 hours per week, in office.
Duties will cover:
- Processing high volume invoices
- Preparing payment runs, and processing payments
- Reconciliations
- Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects
Skills/experience:
- Prior experience in an Accounts/Finance Assistant level role
- Available on immediate notice
- Ability to commute to offices
- Strong Excel and IT skills
