Description

The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant will include:

Supporting the finance team in daily accounting tasks.
Processing invoices and expense forms.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
Reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
Managing company ledgers and ensuring the accuracy of financial documents.
Coordinating internal and external audits.
Participating in budgeting processes.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
Previous experience working the AP/AR functions or all-round Accounts assistant role.Strong numeracy skills and an analytical mind.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.

Job Offer
