The Office Solutions division of 24-7 People Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Nottingham (close to Lenton).
The duties of the role will involve:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Data entry and processing Payroll
- Checking and entering expenses
- Credit control
- Making business payments – such as PAYE and HMRC return payments.
- Entering data onto Quickbooks for external accountant processing
This role is a permanent position with an agency probationary period of approximately 14 weeks first.

The Hours
9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Your Profile
In order to be considered for the prestigious role of Accounts Assistant you will have a minimum of 2 years RECENT experience in the same of similar role accounting role.
You will consider yourself enthusiastic, driven, hungry for success and ambitious with a strong customer satisfaction focus. You will be self-motivated and can work and plan your own day. You will consider yourself highly organised, efficient and with an outgoing personality.
The Salary
Starting at BASE of £22,000, rising to £24,000 once perm
