Accounts Assistant

Our client based in Derby is from the Education Sector and they are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant, to help them through a busy period on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role will provide support with accounts and administration and will report directly to the Management Accountant.

General duties include:

• Basic bookkeeping
• Invoice input
• Simple reconciliations
• Sales/Purchase Ledger School fees
• Administration to check information has been entered correctly
• Expenses and cash floats etc.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 until 16:00 ASAP for 3 months - ongoing.

Part time Hours also available
