The purpose of this role
As Accounts Assistant you will be a pivotal member of the business in providing general administrative support across the business with regards to finance function, as well as ensuring the smooth day to day running of the business from an office management perspective.
As the face of our client you will be the first point of contact within the business for welcoming visitors.

As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Accounts receivable and month invoicing
- Credit control
- Accounts reconciliation and month end activities
- The smooth day to day operation of the office including organising and scheduling meetings, travel requirements and office supply requirements
- Providing support to the senior team in the creation of presentations and company literature
- Managing the company’s social media presence
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience of working within a finance department
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting packages
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint preferable not not essential
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Natural ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
