Description

• Providing support to the Accounting Department.
• Performing basic office tasks, including data entry, processing the mail, etc.
• Processing transactions, issuing cheques, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Preparing financial reports.
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
• Communicating with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure accurate billing.
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Adhering to the company's financial policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
