Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood is working with a highly progressive and leading regional firm of chartered accountants in Abingdon who are looking to add an Accounts & Audit Senior to their team.

This well regarded firm have a fantastic presence and they have a varied client base consisting of a range of including OMBs, and not for profit companies. The successful candidate will undertake a varied role in which you will gain exposure to a wide range of clients from a variety of business sectors.

The position will be varied and will include the preparation and review of accounts and tax compliance work as well as leading audit assignments from the initial planning stage through to completion.

As an Accounts & Audit Senior you will be client facing and will be responsible for the supervision of junior staff, assisting in their development.

The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA Qualified or at the latter stages of their studies and will have existing experience of working in a mixes audit and accounts role. Experience of leading audit assignments is essential.
