Adele Carr are currently recruiting for an Entry-Level Accounts Administrator role based in Runcorn. We believe this position would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is studying AAT and seeking practical experience, or a recent graduate eager to start their career in accounting.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of 24-25k, with the flexibility of working in the office from Monday to Thursday and from home on Fridays. The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about developing their skills in accounts administration, with a keen interest in working within a supportive team environment.
Immediate Responsibilities:
1. Process Sales and Purchase ledger invoices
2. Reconciling supplier statements
3. Review Customer accounts and reconcile
4. Reconciling and processing Amazon invoices and credit notes
5. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, checked and reported effectively
6. Develop effective working relationships with the key resources in the business.
7. Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Monitor day-to-day expected cash inflows to input into cash flow reporting.
9. Assisting the Management Accountant with month end processes.
The Things You'll Nail as Standard
1. Supplier invoices, queries and payments
2. Customers invoices and query resolution
3. Resolving queries by investigating the supply chain process of orders
4. Reviewing queries across all areas of the business
5. Daily cash postings and account reconciliations for each country.
