Our client, a leading Property Maintenance company based in Oxfordshire is looking to acquire the services of an Accounts Manager to join their successful and thriving business. The company operates nationally and specialises in residential property. You will be responsible for all aspects of client financial reporting, maintenance of financial records and ensuring financial processes and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and Pay invoices received from contractors and clients.
- Import service charge and ground rent transactions received from the leaseholder.
- Regular reconciliation of bank accounts and reporting discrepancies.
- Issue service charges and ground rent payment requests.
- Credit control of charges and rent by issuing reminders, final notices and letters of claim.
- Handle leaseholder and creditor account queries.
- Generate financial reports and send them to clients.
- Support the property team with the production of service charge budgets.
- Liaise with external accountants to review annual accounts.
- Process end-of-year accounts for each client.
- Assist accountants to produce Statutory accounts for clients.
- Process Payroll, Pensions and VAT.
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous working experience in Accounts/Bookkeeping or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Proficiency using Xero.

- Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Hybrid working 3/2 split
- Free on site parking
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Company Pension ( 5%/3%)
