Accounts Manager
Location: Southport, Merseyside
Salary: £48k - £52k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
The Client:

The Role:
As an Accounts Manager, youll report to the Client Director, ensuring efficient accounting service delivery, collaborating with the Tax Department, and managing workflows.
Duties:
-Provide expert financial advice to predominantly small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses.
-Lead a team to deliver comprehensive accountancy services.
-Manage a diverse client portfolio.
-Monitor job progress, WIP, and billing targets.
-Prepare / review accounts for limited companies.
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
-Foster positive client relationships.
-Provide technical advice and mentor team members.
Requirements:
-Previous experience working as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
-Possess 5+ years PQE (Post-qualification experience)
-ACA / ACCA qualified accountant
-Skilled in IRIS, Sage, Xero, and Quickbooks.
-Full UK driving licence.
