REED are currently recruiting for a professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA) or experienced Accounts Manager to join our clients Luton office. The ideal candidate will be supporting the Accounts Partners, managing teams, and fostering relationships with a diverse client base. This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, and looking to develop their career within the firm.
Day to Day of the Role:- Provide direct support to the Accounts Partners and manage client portfolios.
- Supervise and mentor staff members, promoting professional development and high performance.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Oversee the preparation of accounts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- At least 3 years post-qualification practice experience in Accounts.
- Proven supervisory experience and a proactive approach to client work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
