Description
The Role:
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Liaise and collaborate with other departments
- Support with preparation of financial audits and tax returns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial management
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in similar role. such as Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant etc.
- IT proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience using an integrated ERP system, such as SAP, preferred
- A solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering, an advantage
