Job Title:Accounts Payable Administrator

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday

Location: Loughborough, LE11

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment
• Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary documentation and resolve payment-related issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Desired Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
