Job Title:Accounts Payable Administrator
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Location: Loughborough, LE11

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment
- Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary documentation and resolve payment-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Desired Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
