Our client is currently searching for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their existing team in Manchester.
We areinterested in candidates that have previous experience as an Accountant Assistant with a good all round finance background and an understanding of purchase & sales ledger, fixed asset mainenence, financial reporting.
Essential skills and Requirements
·Previous Accounts Assistant experience
·Excellent understanding of Microsoft office skills particularly outlook and excel
·Administration skills including being methodical, organised, and good at problem solving
·Good communication skills with all levels of office
The Role of an Accounts Assistant
·Processing invoices and payments
·Performing day to day financial transactions
·Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits
·Reconcile the Accounts Payable ledger
