Job Title:HR and AP Administrator
Location: Manchester
Salary: £26k (DOE)
Position Overview:
The HR & AP Administrator will be responsible for managing HR records, assisting in recruitment, overseeing the monthly payroll process, and maintaining the Accounts Payable ledgers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping in the HR System (Kronos) and Training System (Edapp) for all employees, including updating personal details, addresses, emails, phones, and qualifications.
- Provide new hires and departing employees with necessary paperwork and update/create HR records with relevant information.
- Posting of Accounts Payable Invoices and Credit Notes received to Sage 200 / Xero ensuring accuracy of values posted and correct VAT treatment.
- Responsible for posting and payment of employee expenses across Snow Centres Group.
- Responsible for posting and reconciliation of credit card expenses for all card holders.
- Prepare bi-weekly suggested payment runs for sign off by Group FM / Group FC and accurate allocation of payments once made.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel)
- Verbal and written communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience of Accounts Systems/Database Systems (Sage 200/Xero)
