Accounts Payable Administrator

One of my clients are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the team based in Manchester. You will support the processing of documents from suppliers and the reconciliation of accounts in order to drive effective and timely payment processing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing a high volume of invoices. Ensuring they are compliant.
• Authorisation of invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Query resolutions and escalations.
• Carrying out key account reconciliations on a monthly basis.

What you will have

• Previous experience in a similar role (Accounts Payable experience is desirable, but not essential)
• High attention to detail.
• Excelling communication skills.
• Excel.
