Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review Accounts Payable transactions with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of financial information.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with the finance team to support overall departmental goals.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in administration tasks related to Accounts Payable.
- Willingness to commit to the role until the end of April.
The position is based in the City Centre of Plymouth, UK. The working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 36.25 hours per week.
