Accounts Payable Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review Accounts Payable transactions with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry of financial information.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with the finance team to support overall departmental goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in administration tasks related to Accounts Payable.
• Willingness to commit to the role until the end of April.

Location and Hours:
The position is based in the City Centre of Plymouth, UK. The working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 36.25 hours per week.
