Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices
- Scanning of invoices into SAP
- Resolving discrepancies with stores, buyers and suppliers promptly
- Allocation of payments and credit notes appropriately
- Monthly supplier account reconciliations ensuring all ledgers are accurately reflecting the costs of the business
- Filing all paperwork adequately and timely
- Preparation of fortnightly payment runs and ad-hoc payments

- Speed and accuracy are very important as dealing with multiple accounts/clients to strict deadlines
- Ability to process large volumes of purchase invoices
Qualifications, Competence Level, Experience required:
- Experience using SAP desirable but other ERP systems will be considered
- Relevant experience in Accounts Payable desirable, dealing with large volume of complex invoices, multi-currency invoices
- Work autonomously on processing invoices
- Experience of working in a high paced environment (e.g. retail/consumer goods)
