Accounts Payable Assistant

The Role:
-          Processing invoices.
-          Identify any discrepancies and work with the team to resolve these.
-          Maintain the purchase ledger.
-          Ensure purchase order invoices are processed.
-          Ad-hoc financial administration.
The Requirements:
-          The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
-          Strong communication skills to liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
-          High attention to detail.
-          Flexible and pro active attitude to work.
-          Administration skills.
-          The ability to think on your feet.
-          Previous exposure to a similar role is desirable.
