Part Time Accounts Payable Assistant Hatfield (hybrid working) GBP25000-GBP28000.Our client, a market leading business with an impressive customer base is looking to source a proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join its talented team on a Part Time basis. The Accounts Payable Clerk will support the finance team processing invoices, liaising with internal departments and suppliers, and responding to queries.Key Responsibilities ? Main bank accounts are reconciled on a weekly basis;bank account reconciliations on accounting software;? Manage the finance mailbox? Process all invoices ? Maintain POs raised ? Process supplier payments and any other ad hoc online banking payments? Act as first point of contact A/P queries from other departments and suppliers, escalating issues where necessary;? Assist with annual audit? Support processes and procedures improvement?
