Duty Manager

Irton Hall, nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Holmrook, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, spanning reception, bar/waiting on duties, and breakfast shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage reception operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
• Oversee bar and waiting on duties, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate breakfast shifts, ensuring guests start their day with a delightful dining experience.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for all guests.
• Take responsibility for handling any guest queries or issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Experience in working weddings or events is advantageous.
