As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, spanning reception, bar/waiting on duties, and breakfast shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reception operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
- Oversee bar and waiting on duties, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained.
- Coordinate breakfast shifts, ensuring guests start their day with a delightful dining experience.
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for all guests.
- Take responsibility for handling any guest queries or issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Experience in working weddings or events is advantageous.
