Duty Manager (Senior Controller)

To manage Operations Control to ensure all train movements meet customer requirements. To manage real time disruption to NTS RAIL train movements to minimise the impact felt by the customer and remediate efficiently and effectively in achieving normal train running at the earliest opportunity. To act as the single point of contact for the business during times of serious disruption.

You will have excellent Leadership qualities and significant experience in Rail operations. Produce a daily 24-hour Control Log of events and issue to the business at the agreed time. To manage all real time utilisation of fleet and train crew resources.
