We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. If you have a background in hospitality, human resources, and leadership, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate hotel operations during scheduled shifts
- Manage guest services and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Proficiency in human resources practices
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
