We are currently recruiting for a multi-national business that is looking to grow their established team with an Accounts Payable Assistant. This role is permanent from day one working Monday to Friday 35 hours a week with 3 days from home. 

So what would your responsibilities be? 

• Liaising with internal departments
• Accounts payable ledger
• Managing supplier accounts
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Logging & processing supplier invoices
• Assisting with departmental projects
• General ad hoc tasks

But what experience do you need?

• Prior experience within an Accounts Payable team
• Strong IT skills with full literacy using Excel
• Experience with NetSuite would be a benefit but not essential
