Accounts Payable Clerk - 12 Month Contract

Axon Moore are excited to be working along-side a well-established, thriving and international business based in Leeds. This company are looking to take on an enthusiastic, team-player to join their friendly and supportive office.  
The ideal person for this role, would be someone who is confident, bubbly, and willing to work hard. Experience working in Accounts Payable is not necessary, and this company are willing to take someone who is committed to gaining experience within this field.
The Role:

• Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Maintain the purchase ledger, including reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
• Bank reconciliation
• Providing support to Buying team with PO process where required.
• Set up new suppliers and trade accounts
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any invoice or payment-related issues
• Set up & maintain supplier records and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and filed appropriately
• Review credit limits & negotiate credit limit increases
