Description
As an Accounts payable specialist your duties will include:
- Manage and process all invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable ledger
- Coordinate with suppliers and resolve any billing issues
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Comply with all financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in other accounting tasks as required
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Ability to work well as part of a team and to meet deadlines
