Page personnel are working alongside a very successful organisation based in Southport. We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast paced team in their accounting and finance department on a full-time fixed term contract with a view to go permanent, this is an immediate start.

They are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a full-time, fixed term contract basis with a view to go permanent, based in there office in Southport.

Description

As an Accounts payable specialist your duties will include:

• Manage and process all invoices and payments in a timely manner
• Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable ledger
• Coordinate with suppliers and resolve any billing issues
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Comply with all financial regulations and company policies
• Assist in other accounting tasks as required

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Ability to work well as part of a team and to meet deadlines
