Adaptable Recruitment are working with a reputable business in Speke who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team on a 6 month FTC (Temp to Perm basis)
Package:

• Salary £25,500
• Flexible & Hybrid Working Pattern (only a few days per month in the office required)
• Monday - Friday 35 hours per week

Location: Speke - Parking on-site
Job Duties:

• Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
• Preparation of payment proposals
• Making payments via BACS
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Credit card reconciliations
• Supporting wider finance team internally
• Admin/ad hoc duties as required

Who will I report into?
The Accounts Payable Clerk will report directly into the Accounts Payable Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interviews for the Accounts Payable Clerk will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?

• Worked in a fast-paced purchase ledger environment with high volumes essential
• Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
• Good excel and system skills essential
• 1+ years experience in purchase ledger is essential
