Accounts Payable Clerk / £24,000 / Merseyside (Fully Remote) / Temp to Perm
Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business within Merseyside who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their dynamic team on a 3 month temporary contract with the view to go permanent
Package:
- Salary £24,000
- 36 hour working week (flexible to suit you)
- Fully remote working pattern
- 27 days holiday + BHs
Location: Merseyside (Fully Remote)
Job Duties:
- Process invoices from suppliers and vendors, including intercompany transactions
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure accuracy
- Making payments via BACS
- Prepare and process payment runs for approved invoices
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice discrepancies and payments
- Supporting wider finance team internally
- Admin/ad hoc duties as required
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Accounts Payable Manager

Ideal experience?
- Worked in a fast-paced purchase ledger environment with high volumes essential
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
- Good excel and system skills essential
