Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and
• Reconcile supplier statements in an accurate and timely manner. As the Accounts Payable Executive, you will be
• Helping the company keep on top of all outgoing cash;
• Ensuring their suppliers are paid on time and accurately

Requirements

• You have previous work experience in Accounts Payable.
• You have experience working in media/advertising, with knowledge of how the industry works or or experience in a high-volume transactional business with regular AP reconciliation (essential).
• NetSuite experience is preferable.
• You have strong Excel skills.
• You are a team player and willing to help others.
• You are calm under pressure and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
• You are happy to share ideas for new initiatives and ways of working and equally happy to hear other people's ideas.
