Description

This Accounts Payable (Part-time) role involves;

• Working as part of a small Finance team of 3 people
• Manage day-to-day transactions in the Accounts Payable department (circa 200-350 inoices per month)
• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare financial reports related to Accounts Payable on a monthly basis
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers regarding payments
• Review and reconcile supplier invoices
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
• Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable (Part-time) should have:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• will be looking for 25 hours per week
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience of Navision would be advantageous, but not essential
• live locally as this is an office based role

Job Offer

This Accounts Payable (Part-time) role offers;

• A full time equivalent salary of £26,000 - £28,600 per annum (pro rata to £17,333 - £18,666 for 25 hours per week)
