Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with queries
- Matching, coding and processing invoices
- Monitoring the ledger
- Reconciliations
- Making payments
- Providing support to our clients wider team
- Preparing weekly payments
- Supporting with system change
- Rolling out the changes
- Training to internal staff
- Adhoc duties that may be required
- Above all, playing a fundamental role in our client's business
Profile
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk:
- Have experience working as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a all rounded finance position
- Experience using finance software
- Have good communication skills
- Be a team player
- Be available at short notice or immediately available
