Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

Manage Accounts Payable using accounting software and other programmes
Handle account reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of financial reports
Maintain vendor files and update contact information
Ensure timely payment of invoices
Verify and audit invoices and expense reports
Develop relationships with suppliers to resolve price and invoice discrepancies
Work alongside accounting team members to meet departmental goals

Profile

Strong financial and analytical skills
A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (desirable)
Proficiency in accounting software
Exemplary organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Property industry knowledge is advantageous
