PAYE rate: £15 per hour

Join the team at Centenary House in Darlington as a French-speaking Accounts Payable Transaction Processor! This exciting opportunity is initially for a 12-month assignment.

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role, with candidates expected to work on-site an average of 2 days per week. During the initial weeks, on site presence for training purposes will be 3 to 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoice administration and set up for payment
• Prepare and process Accounts Payable checks, wire transfers, and payments
• Answer basic vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements
• Prepare analysis of accounts
• Resolve basic invoice discrepancies
• Assist in month-end closing
• Participate in projects related to Accounts Payable improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Fluent in French
• Ideally, previous experience in Finance/AP is preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates with a background in customer service or experience in a large multinational environment are welcome
• A keen interest in Finance/AP as this will be part of on-the-job training.
