Description

• Handle and track incoming payments in compliance with financial procedures and policies.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording Accounts Receivable data.
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits and reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for.
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries related to Accounts Receivable.
• Assist in financial management and analysis, as requested.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing discrepancies and questions.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Contribute to team efforts in meeting financial objectives.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and debt collection regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £17 - £20 per hour. For permanent will be 40,000 per annum
