Your new company
This large, successful UK wide group continues to go from strength to strength and are now looking to add additional permanent support to the Accounts Receivables team.

Your new role
Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will be part of the Accounts Receivable team within the Group Finance Department.
Ensuring invoices are raised in an accurate and timely manner.
Managing client account arrears in a timely and sensitive manner as well as in accordance with Group policy.

Key Accountabilities
Ensuring bulk and specialist invoicing is complete, accurate and timely
Processing invoices on a timely and accurate basis for all Group entities
Delivering client information accurately and timely
Processing key client invoices and supplementary information
Dealing with billing queries
Ensuring that the sales ledger department provides a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring that receipts are recorded correctly and allocated on a timely and accurate basis, including individual customer receipts
Credit Control
Processing of account adjustments/cash allocation
Client Account Reconciliations
Liaising with colleagues to ensure that anomalies are investigated/queries dealt with in a timely manner
Investigation of credit balances
Other duties appropriate to the post

What you\'ll need to succeed
Proven experience of working in a high-volume sales ledger/Accounts Receivable environment
Knowledge of intermediate Excel skills (pivots/lookups)
Proven collections / credit control experience would be advantageous.

A competitive salary of £21,000 to £23,000 per annum dependent on experience.
