Orbus Software is looking for a talented and pragmatic Accounts AssistantUndertake transactional responsibilities of the Finance TeamProvide accountancy and administrative support to team members
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Process sales invoices and distribute them• Raising credit notes when required• Set up new customer accounts and complete onboarding tasks• Deal with customer invoice queries and receipt queries• Keep customer records up to date• Review customer contracts and update accounts• Assist the credit controller and with customer sales renewals• Assist with month end activities• Assist with auditors and provide requested information and documents• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
Requirements
• Part Qualified in either ACCA/CIMA/AAT - preferred• Strong academics including English Language and Maths at GCSE standard or above• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills• Self-motivated and has a high standard of work• Ability to establish effective working relationships• Excellent attention to detail• Ability to remain calm under pressure• Ability to work in a proactive and collaborative manner• Awareness of confidentiality, information security, and data protection• Basic knowledge of NetSuite's & Salesforce - preferable but not essential• Ideally having worked in a PE backed SaaS high growth company
