A global technology business with a really exciting offering are looking for a Part timeCredit Controller / Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their friendly team in Hemel. You will ensure the smooth running of the day to day finance operations.
Main responsibilities for the Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable Assistant will be:
* Ownership of the Credit Control process, sending weekly statements to customers and escalating queries internally where required.
* Management of Credit Control Inbox, answering all queries, maintaining the filing system and escalating emails where needed
* Leading on the weekly Credit Control meeting to update Financial Controller and Finance Director on the status of outstanding and overdue invoices.
* Reporting on debtors at month end
You will:
* Have previous Accounts Receivable experience
* Have strong communication skills
* Have strong Excel skills
***It's desirable if you have used Sage200
